Hello, I have a question. I am thinking about buying SA on Steam soon and I saw that the version on Steam disables downloading Mods and it removed songs. And my question is does the Steam Downgrader to V 1.0 Still work with the current version on Steam or does the Downgrader not work anymore? EDIT- I saw someone reply to someone saying SA has it's owning modding section. I'm sorry for this post, it's my 1st day on GTA Forums.
