How to lunch it? Installing huge number of mods at once could be annoying, since one of the moda could be broken and crash your game, etc etc. Anyway, if game works but enb won't start\work, use Shift +F12 to enable ENB(Some modders made options to enb to not enable at first) Amnd if game doesn't start after installing mods, make sure you installed mods correctly.
