Strangely the cabs that enter/exit the depot are just Black colored Esperanto's (they don't have the cab service logo on the back of the car). That's all. It's why they are Special Vehicles since after some time, you can never get these again. Same case if you pass a Mission where a Special Vehicle comes from. Can't ever get it again, unless you start over... Afterall, this stuff is in my IV Guide. The amount of random Topics and questions I see on this Forum when all you have to do is check a Topic and basically find all information you need... Just hitch a ride somewhere with it then carjack Muhammad/kill him and save it in a parking space. They turn into Cavalcades after Hostile Negotiation, not after BYC.
