Cancelled GTA Online update?

So my friends and I are 150% sure we saw an official trailer for a GTA Online update during September 2016. The trailer was underground racing themed or something and it featured lots of new cars and car mods. It said something about playing as the cops, sorta like Need for Speed: Most Wanted. Details are a little fuzzy considering we only saw it once, but we are sure of what we saw. The thing is that after a few weeks, there was no trace of the update being released and Rockstar released the Biker update. We searched everywhere for an explanation for why the update wasn't released, but there is ABSOLUTELY NO TRACE of that update being announced or anything for that matter. ARE WE THE ONLY ONES WHO SAW IT?? ARE WE CRAZY?? DID WE IMAGINE THE WHOLE THING? Please tell me somebody else saw that trailer.

More than likely it was a fan made trailer. There are a lot of good ones floating around these days.

And on top of that, if people could stop being so gullible that would be great, if people could stop coming with theories and stories that are not backed up by proof, that would be even greater.

This. I agree It's not official and the uploader doesn't claim their video is legit. Just very creative fan video :)
