No, only the kuruma method has been patched.

Actually, The replay glitch isn't a bug/glitch. Therefore it can't be fixed. In online game sessions there's a latency between connections of players. Replay glitch is an exploit of the above mentioned latency. This can be done with every heist finale, But the way to do it should be figured out. People use this only on Pacific Standard Job because of its high profit. I hate to tell this but Kuruma method has been patched.

I have seen people doing that. It's not actually glitch that can be fixed. It's exploiting the latency between connection. I don't think it would get fixed.
