Looking for xbox 360 heist crew

im looking for a few people that wont leave because the setup failed(i hate that), people that don't mind playing setups on easy(i want to get these done and over with), heist finals on hard for more money(derp).

 

I am willing to give myself 0% of the final takes just so i can get them all done(ill get mine later)

 

Im currently on "Series A Funding - Trash Truck", i hate this mission, rockstar forgot the other respawn points, gotta do it all over again if failed(you know).

 

I do know what im doing, i have searched guides, although i may need to refresh myself as its been a while since i stopped doing heists,

i hate relying on random people, i don't hate people, but some people just don't and go rogue and fail the mission.

 

I currently do not have a mic, will have one soon, im just putting my offer out there for people that wanna take advantage of it. thanks.

 

 

 

 

P.S. Why wont the setup missions get marked off the board when i complete them as a crew member and not the leader....whats done is done....RockStar!
