Anyway try to backup saves you already have ( Even though they're fuc*ed up now lol) and reinstall game. Use old saves again, if nothing worked, im sorry your saves gone. How long have you had the game? i had a DVD of the game i bought a long time ago,probably 6-7 years ago. (version 1.01) My Operating system is Windows 10. Ummm didn't you installed another mod?Some mods would mess game options and make sg goes somewhere else. Or save game editors, they do same. Btw im still thinking it was a virus..
