Prison Break - Plane Not Starting

Greetings all... first post here.

 

Ok...so the problem is I start Prison Break - Plane, and get the required people to join. No problem.

 

However, when we are all set and I hit start, the game begins launching, but then I end up alone in my Heist Planning room, as if I had never initiated the heist.

 

It may be helpful to note that I have had this heist sitting on the board for a while, because I have seldom been able to get a complete crew.

 

Any assistance gratefully appreciated.

From the sounds of it, you lagged out. Have you tried it multiple times or just once?

I've tried it 2 or 3 times with the same result.

 

What exactly do you mean by lagged out? Typically game runs very smooth with no lag issues.

If your connection with the other players in the lobby isn't good, compatible or perfect, and even if it is perfect, you may lag a bit which will result in "lagging out". It's very very very common in GTAO to lag out since the matchmaking servers are fueled by a pile of steamy garbage covered with fecal matter (AKA biofuel).

 

Honestly. Without more details it would be hard to solve your problem if it continues. If it only happened a couple times try rebooting the game or your modem / router and try again. I suggest if the exact same thing keeps happening make a ticket at R* support but chances are they'll just advise you to reinstall the whole game from scratch.
