Painted chrome wheels

Old method to get painted chrome wheels (not stock) was patched 1 year ago. My old kuruma on 1st character still got painted chrome wheels. I manage to paint chrome wheels via iFruit hack, but they went back to normal painted wheels after restarting game or changing character. Once somehow i manage to paint them on stolen street car via iFruit and they dont change back, but when i try to do this with my personal car wheels just change to normal after restarting game or changing character. Any ideas ?
Also pic from se7ensins for those who dont understant about what kinda wheeels im talking about
