Pacific Standard: Where to get the armored Police Riot ?

Since the Kuruma workaround has been patched, I am returning to the old method using the Police Riot, but I couldn't remember where.

 

I checked some YouTube videos and saw many people got it in front of the Ammunation on Spanish Ave (the closest Ammunation from the bank). But:

 

- Do we need to kill hostages to call NOOSE in order to spawn that car there ?

- How about 1 or 3 people stay in the bank (as usual), the other one get to the bikes and then get the Police Riot to return and pick up the others? Since he has to drive the whole team back to the old path to clear the checkpoints, can the Police Riot make it through the alleys ? (I know there are some more roadblocks spawned in the alley).

In all honesty, you can use the bikes if you haven't killed any hostages and what not. Say one member makes the run through the alley, gets to the bike and destroys them and kills him/herself so the team respawns at bikes. Then just take the bikes along the default or railroad path to the boat as usual as if you were using the Kuruma. As long as you don't shoot during the drive no roadblocks will spawn. We did this yesterday in my circle of friends.

 

You may end up losing some money this way though obviously (we lost around 100k). Riot van is probably the way to go for a full take I suppose.

2 or 3 days ago. You'll get a message saying "You can't access your apartment at this time" when standing in front of your apartment door

is there any tip to avoid getting shot at when you skipped the mountain checkpoint and go straight to the boat ? like 3 people supress fire for the money keeper to get on the boat first or we have to rush to the boat and ignore the incoming cops?

Well, I always take the mountain route for the very reason of not getting shot at when we reach the boat. However, what you said should work fine as long as the money carrier doesn't shoot I suppose. Probably will help if no one shoots at all until you reach the boat.
