Rusty Cars

Hope someone can help me out with this:

I'd like to have a personal vehicle that looks like crap, but drives quite decently, so a few questions:

- is it possible to find a rusty battered car and safe it as a personale vehicle?

- can you give 'normal vehicles' a rusty paintjob?

- which cars would be suitable for my demands: look like sh*t, but drive semi-decently

- can you moderate rusty battered cars, like improve armour?

2. No.

Slightly incorrect. There are a few vehicles that can have rusty paintjob - the ones I know of are Slamvan Custom and Youga Classic.

Elegy Retro Custom can too kinda with the drift missile livery.

The fastest rust bucket you can get is (correct me if I'm wrong) the Slamvan Custom with the rust paintjob, but it's expensive.

Others are maybe the Bodhi, Dune Buggy or the BF Injection, but they don't have a lot of rust.

A bit slower (but more rusty) are the Rebel and the Tornado, the rusty Tornado is my favourite here.

But I noticed that there are different levels of rust when you find them on the road, if you store them the rust will go to the lowest level. But you can improve the look with the right matte paintjob.

Thanks for the tips (also to the other responders).

I've got the Slamvan now, nice one. The Rusty Tornado looks nice as well, it's on my wishlist. Were can I find one? Sandy Shores?

"if you store them the rust will go to the lowest level" => That's a pity.. ;-)
