Loss of GTA Online Characters, Cars, Items, Apartments, Money

i lost almost everything in GTA V online , the only thing i still have is my rank (33)

suddenly i had to make a new character and everything was gone .

and now i can't even play missions online anymore .

 

what can i do for getting all my stuff back ?

I transferred from ps3 to ps4 on release but ps4 was faulty so had to send back n when new 1 came R* took all my gamecash vehicles property etc sayingn id transferred twice even after id explained everything grrr.
