Remove props from Escobar International to avoid obstructing aircraft in any way.

 

 

Add Fire Copter, Air Ambulance, Karmageddon, and Beach Patrol missions as a bigger priority than the other missions.

 

 

Check the Ocean View Hotel for a glitch involving a non-solid floor at the entrance. Fix the color schemes of Oceanics to be mor accurate like VC's.

 

Check the Saint Mark's safehouse interior because it can be seen in the sky somewhere far above a bridge. It's more visible from the airport.



Fix the feature that makes cars explode when touching added tanks. They should match SA's Rhino rather than blow each other up from slight taps.

 

Fix the APC wheels.

 

Remake the Airtrain a bit to allow more accurate sizes when compared to the props. This is important for putting Airtrains in their hangars.

 

Fix the improper aircraft spawns in Vice City and Liberty City's airports.

 

Make all lighthouses be functional rather than just Vice City's.

 

Make the amount of money present in El Banco Grande Corrupto be equal to the profits from its respective mission. Why bother robbing a bank for four stars in you get more money from killing drug dealers without any stars?

 

Add stores from Vice City Stories.

 

Make traffic make way for absolutely all police bikes when sirens are on.

 

Add sirens to multiplayer emergency vehicles.

 

Work again on the emergency lights for undercover vehicles like the VCPD Cheetah.

 

 

24/7 shops should be added to San Fierro's gas stations because they have doors meant for interior entrances but lack ENEX markers. BETA interiors could be used.

 

Transform the Hyman Memorial Stadium interior into a functional interior. It's already in SA (near other stadiums, airport interiors, and snowy Liberty City) but is non-solid with the exception of a rectangle. Do the same thing to Francis International and Los Santos International.

 

Turn SubStandard (SA's parody of Subway) into an actual functonal restaurant chain. Replace the locations of TUBE (another Subway parody) with SubStandard and add new sub shops in custom areas like Midway.

 

Create a Raindance for Dunsfold. It will look similar to the Annihilator you previously made but with red crosses for the livery and no weapons.

 

Create a Valkyrie for Dunsfold. Just modify the Armadillo to be suitable for the military.

 

Add emergency vehicles for Dunsfold. Remember that there are combat medics, military police, and firefighters who are part of the military. Emergency vehicles will be based on regualr military vehicles but the fire truck can safely be the one from SA with a different livery.

 

Update the last of the MLL vehicle textures. These include the Enforcer and license plates.

 

Allow emergency vehicles to serve SA's countryside and desert.

 

Fix, adapt, and add the other unused Rusty Brown's interior. Remember to also add an ENEX marker to that one last donut shop in SA.

 

Make fire truck ladders functional. It just requires proper adaptation for existing ladder trucks and a script that actually moves the collision.

 

Add more map features and vehicle placements from the Stories games. That includes the bridge to Fort Baxter, an entrance to the top of that one hospital with an Air Ambulance in its roof, and docks in Vice City because falling to the water is too annoying. You can't deny that many of us still want the VCS Fort Baxter and the Chunder wheel.

 

Rename Air Firetruck as an Armadillo.

 

Make the news helicopter and fire copter from GTA III's airport map props.

 

Improve your fire truck liveries and add new vehicles for each of SA's cities while the original vehicles serve rural areas.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Add state patrol agencies in all places with the exception of Dunsfold, unless it ever becomes more than a military base.

 

Naval fleets near Vice City. Combine parts from all ships and imitate the battleship sets seen in Prawn Island.

-Cargo ship i remember playing with an almost full sized titanic mod and driving it was pretty smooth (no staggering or fps drops as far as i remember)

I know this city is not part of the rockstar universe, but it would be amazing to put the city, the peds and the vehicles of the first saints row, Stilwater, I think it's a travesty of Atlanta so why not to put the city of stilwater for atlantis?

What about MIP-maps for textures?

I don't asking about every in-game texture, but i think it's would be good at least for most important textures, like: some fences, grass, roads, sand and some big buildings with a lot of windows.

The original San Andreas storymode being put backed into the mod has reminded me of improvements from Things to Do In San Andreas Till You're Dead mod that I would like to see in GTA Underground:

 

The Leviathan on Verdant Meadows Airfield should always spawn with a magnet

Make some unused clothing available for purchase (ex: X-ray joke glasses, boxer headpiece, etc.)

 

Also, as I've said before, I would love to see a ferry (for example the one from Liberty City stories or something custom that is larger) that can be used to transport vehicle across the ocean (this last part isn't as high priority as the 2 above).

Finally I would like it if there were some way to control the added RC vehicles (ex: some new missions for them or give RC vans a vehicle feature/script that will let you use the RC vehicles to fool around with).

If Midway is a parody of Chicago. Then why don't you guys use Wakka387's City of Chicago mod with your own tweaks.Since you guys are lacking Midway devoloper

Just "some" suggestions, that I think would be cool


Vehicles

1. Vehicle enhanchemnets:

 *1. Bullet proof

 *2. Fire proof

 *3.Special stuff:
    Attached guns/weapons
    like flamethrower
    Alredy in the vehicle model or buyabel in modding garages

 *4. Missiles attached on a vehicle that can shot down a Hydra for example.

 *5.Backfiring (fire from exhaust at some moments)

 *6. Randomly exahust smoke at some moments, like the
   junk vehciles in IV gets black smoke at some points.

 
2. Tuning/mods

   *1.Change size of the wheels

   *2.Attaching objects
   *3.Change engine (vehicle gets handling from another vehicle)
   *4.NOS that exists all the time
   *5.More rims
   *6.Change color of the rims
   *7.Iprome the brakes, speed etc in a tuning garage.
   


3 Carcer City:
 
*1. Special effect when you run over some ped with vehicle
    it flies body parts (I think you can use the meat objects or the parts from the police used in cut seneces)
    And a on screen blood effect like the one from VC in PS2.


4.Peds/player:

*1.Attach object to player (like in sa-mp)


5. Fixes:

*1. Gold miner (weapon) should be more effective imo (like popping of the head)
(I think it will be fixed now when you will add custom stats to the new weapons)


6. General features:
   *Features from missions.

   *FBI can stand and shoot from the (SA) FBI Truck (In the cricle looking thing on the roof)
    (vehcile id 528)

   *1.Area 51 lights turned on

   *2.Rideable ferry

   *3.Parking spots that will save your car on a specifc parking spot

   *4.A safe inside your safe house (where you can store weapons and money)

   *5.More slots for weapons

   *6.Built in menu in the pause menu for toggeling or enabling UG features

   *7.Cops can stand outside on their vehicle and shoot (like in V)

   *7.Add the gate at the docks (that's in a mission)
      You can shot the password pad like in the mission to open the gate

   *8.Some ped behavoir/s from Manhaunt

   *9. Enterable Area 51
   *10. Army peds at Area 51 and other peds.

7. Weapons:
   *Lazer dot aim

   *Special features, that's not added. In SA-MP like for a example
    you cut of the head from somone with one hit.

   *Add the egg's and snowballs from Bully, (I think you can do it by modifying the grenade)

 
   
   7-2 Weapon suggestions to be added:
   (I think you have enough weapons alredy, but if
   you wanna modify some or add or something, so I list it anyway)
   Because it could be cool with some weapons with features never seen before

   *1. Mine (somone step/drive on it and it will blow up. Like a regular mine)

   *2. Use the dynamite (1654) as a weapon.
       And have like the same stats as the scathel charges, so it will stick on objects etc.

Hi, dkluin!

 

I really like your mod, and I respect and support your work. I'm a huge fan of the GTA: Underground, that's why I have some ideas and suggestions for your mod. :)

 

I'll share some ideas with you!

 

1.) It would be a good idea to expand the map further with new cities. (For example Anywhere City from GTA 2, or you can creat Alderney City/ New Guernsey next to Shoreside Vale, Liberty City. Alderney City/ New Guernsey would be separated by a large bridge from Liberty City.)

 

2.) It would be a good idea the expand the GTA: Underground map with more icons.

You can create icons for the shops in the game. (For example 24/7, Roboi's Food Mart, 69¢ Store, etc. You can use the shopping cart icon from the Bullworth map.)

 

3.) Since GTA: San Andreas and GTA: Underground are playing in 1992, you could create a cemetery in Vice City, and you could fill the cemetery with graves, especially those of deceased characters from GTA: Vice City and GTA: Vice City Stories. (For example you can make a grave for Ricardo Diaz, Lance Vance or Sonny Forelli.)

 

Furthermore, you can put the Liberty City Cemetery (from GTA: Liberty City Stories) in the GTA: Underground, and you can fill the cemetery with graves, especially those of deceased characters from GTA: Liberty City Stories, GTA Advance and GTA III.

 

Finally, there's a cemetery in Los Santos, the Vinewood Cemetery. You could fill the cemetery with graves, especially those of deceased characters from GTA: San Andreas. (You can make a grave for Big Devil, Little Devil, Little Weasel and Tony. As well you could supplement CJ's mom, Beverly Johnson's grave with information (name, date of birth, date of death, etc.)

 

In summary, you can make graves/tombstones for all deceased characters in the 3D Universe.

 

That's it for now. If I have new ideas, I will share each one with you! I hope you will put my ideas into action! I would be very happy if you did! :)

Ability to take over territories of San Fierro as Triads

As for LC change the Gang from Yakuza to something else. Leone's ain't fitting considering the fact that CJ betrayed Sal. I think Triads will be fitting.

It would be nice to do the same in the GTA: Underground! But you should add the VC Forellis and the LCS Forellis to the next missions: (Intensive Care, Freefall, Saint Mark's Bistro)

Unfortunately, in these three missions the Forelli crime family uses the Sindacco crime family's (Mafia) model, as does the Leone crime family.

 

I suggest that the Forelli crime family use their VC and LCS models in their Las Venturas missions, the Leone crime family use their GTA III and LCS models in their Las Venturas missions, and the Sindacco crime family use their SA and LCS models in their Las Venturas missions. The traditional mafia models in San Andreas are actually those of the Sindacco family, not those of Forelli or Leone.

 

Also, in the "Breaking the Bank at Caligula's" mission the opponents use a mix of Forelli, Leone and Sindacco models, not just the Sindacco family, because all three mafia families own the Caligula Casino, according to the game.

 

I hope my ideas come true in the near future! :)

Aniston BDS (based on Conquest Motors Dominance from DRIV3R) - Sports car. Suggested spawn points: either Bullworth, Vice City, Cottonmouth or Midway.

Camper (based on Camper Van from DRIV3R) - A sort-of newer version of SA Camper. Suggested spawn points: either Upstate Liberty or Cottonmouth.

Carlito (based on '54 Classic from DRIV3R) - A vintage two-door car. Suggested spawn points: either Bullworth or Upstate Liberty.

Impaler (based on '74 Classic from DRIV3R) - A vintage four-door sedan. Suggested spawn points: Upstate Liberty.

Seraph (based on Dagger Type-T from DRIV3R) - Open top sports car. Suggested spawn points: either Bullworth or Upstate Liberty.

Shark (based on Velocity Turbo from DRIV3R) - Sports car. Suggested spawn points: either Upstate Liberty, Vice City, Carcer City or Cottonmouth.

Agree, altho itd be better if driv3r cars from Miami appear in Vice City, plus Shark, Aniston BDS and Z-Type should appear in Los Santos too

My suggestions regarding passenger airliners (AT-400 and Airtrain) and their respective liveries:

1. I suggest replacing the Airtrain model with the original III/VC Airtrain (slightly reworked to make it entirely SA style - textures, windows, turbines and landing gear that actually spin) as well as adding the VCS/LCS/CW version (a stubbier-looking fuselage with nose and hump resembling a 747). I don't want to be overly picky or rude, but I have to say that the version by Spartan112 implemented in GTA UG has worse body proportions compared to the III/VC version, making it less similar to a Boeing 727-200, the aircraft it's based on. The current model's fuselage seems to be too small in diameter* and its landing gear is unproportionally tall.

2. The Vice City Air livery on the AT-400 could be modified to resemble the United Airlines livery, especially the so-called "Rainbow", given that Vice City Air's logo is very close to United's logo from the 70s-80s, therefore the time when the "rainbow" scheme was used

3. Airtrain should have liveries similar to the ones implemented to the AT-400. My suggestions are: Plummet (from GTA VCS), DMAir-Rockstar (from GTA III), the white-blue livery from GTA Chinatown Wars, which could be used as an alternate scheme for the VC Air livery, given that it actually resembles the "battleship" livery used by United in the 90s, as well as  a Vice City Air livery based on the mentioned "rainbow" and maybe East Sky along with other liveries from the AT-400. I could help with the VC Air schemes if someone gave me a template for the Airtrain.

 

*EDIT: This however might be just an impression given by the too tall landing gear.
