Here are some suggestions.

Are any of these compatible with this mod?

speedometer, knight rider, skateboard, trams, smoke drink gang, cleo clothes, weapon menu, car spawn, DYOM

Pleas add interior in all airports. It's funny that VC had interior while the rest do not have. And make when we land in LC we spawn in front of the terminal building. Its a damn long walk from the runway to the terminal.

1. Ability to save outfit.

So you can switch back easily.

 

2. Customize your player in one place (don't delete the regular way)

Saints Row like. Changing hair strength of muscles fat or thin tattoos clothes etc.

3. Gang Wars for Carcer City and Mainland Liberty

5. Import/Export for Joey Leone (Joey's garage

6. Making Grove and Yakuza hostiles to you if you attack them or steal their car

7. Making LC and VC cops using behaviors from their respective games, instead of same as SA cops

8. Ability to get Salvatore's Gentleman Club as your safehouse, but only if you have taken over few Leone turfs or all Leone turf in Saint Mark's

9. Solid underwater sands for Vice City

And make them able to switch.

4. Add a gang members inside Carcer City that will attack you with guns. (Would be awesome to have a dm in Carcer.

 

5. Add a 4 seated plane for multiplayer. Would be awesome.

So you don't have to ride on the roof xD.

 

6. More seats for some vehicles.

For MP. So you don't have to ride on the roof there too.

 

7. Mounted guns like the minigun but usable. Would have been awesome.

 

8. Resizeable vehicle wheels.

 

9. Add  UG special settings in the settings menu.

 

10. Laser for guns 

 

11. Unlimited nos

 

12. A ferry that you can have cars on.

13. Masks for players!

 

14. All Bully weapons

 Here are other suggestions. Sorry if I reposted anything so far:

 

- Underwater exploration;
- Add the ability to drop/pick up weapons. Dropping a weapon in front of a police officer while you are wanted will cause him to arrest the player;
- Open the various hotels in the games with a possibility to rent the rooms;
- Open the Santa Maria Beach Carnival;
- Open Grotto's auto where the player can buy a licensed car delivered to his garage;
- Open a storehouse to deposit and assemble guns inside;
- The player enters in the First person mode when he is a passenger;
- The tram in San Fierro is now available to use as a driver or passenger;
- Add Salvatore Leone;
- Add Rodney Morash as a playable character;
- You can steal oil from trucks and gas stations;
- Open the industrial zone in Los Santos (The Docks, Willowfield, East Beach, Playa del Sevile and Los Flores) with small shops/stores in these areas;
- More racing tracks;
- Amphibious weapons that shoots underwater;
- M-60 can shoot when you are swimming on the surface water;
- SWAT Uniforms provide fire immunity, have a higher endurance for explosions, minigun bullets (and other firearms) , are available to use;
- You cannot perform a headshot on peds with military helmets. Military helmets added to ammu-nations providing bullets immunity for the head;
- Wounded players/peds crawl to death as seen in Reuniting the families until the player decides to execute them.
- Added drugs for sale at the drug store or pharmacy. Adrenaline pill already exists, morphine could heal half of your health bar/stop health from draining, health is replaced with painkillers, cocaine gives the ability to move extremely fast, run with heavy weapons and execute with your bare hands by neck breaking  (you can overdose), PCP and LSD (psychedelics), weed (does nothing), alcohol (from stores and bars);
- Speargun;
- Bow;
- Stun gun;
- Dynamite;
- Explosive shotgun;
- Hunting rifle;
- Added the ability to stab with the knife;
- Disarming the enemy in close range combat;
- Added the zeppelin from Vice City as an aircraft which can be flown and destroyed;
- Poisons;
- Buying terrain for props (in mainland);
- To build a custom property you need to order construction materials delivered by a truck from a construction company. Afterwards the terrain becomes a construction site until the building is finished.
- Kidnapping;
- Knocking peds unconscious;

- The player can rob armored trucks and break ATMS;
- Bullets can penetrate some walls;
- Can place and use security cameras in cars, on walls and where it already exists;
- TVs are working, can play different mp4s as well as mp3s with the radio;
- You can buy some houses or properties from peds just as they could buy from the player;
- Going behind a ped with a melee weapon will trigger the same animation used for knife or in manhunt before the execution starts;
- Open a hippie club in San Fierro;
- Open a gay club in San Fierro with meth users;
- The extremely rare event that could appear in the stats - getting struck by lightning/hit by an asteroid;
- You can steal status and profiles of some characters/peds from intelligence services in order to influence them/blackmail them.
- Hiring peds in a business/firing/promoting them and having small companies appearing for a short period of time and big corporations that are rivaling you (in LC this might even include the state and its government affiliation);
- Open the library in San Fierro;
- Open the city hall, the court (this two already exists in the game but are unused) and a congress building to pass laws as heard on the radio;
- Incinerating the evidence when a case is open on you. They are obtained either from the police or the crime place before you are judged and sentenced in court;
- The ability to vote!

Some more suggestions. Sorry for a bump though.

 

 

 


 

1. Nitro for bikes

 

2. VC crosshair for VC weapons

 

3. VC checkpoints

 

4. VC water

 

5. Some more quadbikes

 

6. Decals for vehicles.

 

7. Gang tags for the new cities (spraying like a side mini mission)

 

8. Add specialties for vehicles in tuning garage. Like bigger wheels,

turn with back wheels while holding space, better supension.

Like the handling.cfg stuff ^.

 

9. Icons for weapons - so you don't have to browse like crazy to find your weapon.

 

10. Icons for tattoos

 

12. Drivable ferry like that one in SA, but drivable.

 

13. Place gang members like in "No more abandoned areas"

 

14. Shields for cops

 

15. Army spawning inside Area 51.

 

16. Make Area 51 enterable

 

17. A different jetpack

 

18. CJ can carry more weapons

 

19. Gang members can change weapons

 

20. Weapon selection like in GTA VC would be really cool.

When You guys are doing The countryside connecting all of the cities add some factories for some of the in-game products (like how 4 had the Sprunk factory) it should make the world feel more lively

Also if there's any location that is mentioned on one of the in-game radios that is never seen you should add it

Yeah, for example danny (or mappers) can add small cities like Palomino Creek or lakes, a research lab (like humane in gta 5), big farms, swamps in vc area, another cave, a Grand Canyon parody, more beaches, another mountain (maybe near mt. Chiliard), an archipelago aaaand an huge forest. These are only ideas, compatriot, and dkluin is the boss. Maybe some ideas will be followed, others will be ignored. Who knows ;)
