Lemoyne outlaw
hi everyone last night i was replaying redemption again and i was at the mexico part. as i was riding around in punta orgullo it dawned on me that the ground was all white. and i realized it was a white desert. it is wierd because i have been playing this game since it came out and i just noticed it now. and i looked around the area and it looked so cool and unique. i really like deserts and the whole atmosphere of them. but this was the first time i saw a white desert. i was wondering are there any deserts like this in real life? and also what do you all think about it? are there any other people here who find this cool? DerangedCrackhead
Yes, the color of the sand varies depeding on the nature of the local geology so you can find desert with more colors than the typical light-brownish color, like different shades of red, black -though normally volcanic deposits- or yes, white sand. In fact, you don't have to go much further from Mexico to find one. White Sands National Monument, New Mexico. universetwisters
