Saints row 2

ok i downloaded saints row 2 and installed it . but whenever i start game it loads and then when i click new game it crashes(Gets stuck on loading screen and then i have to click alt+ctrl+insert...)

i use swiftshader3.0 to run it, without swiftshader3.0 it doesen't even start

i have used all methods such as 800x600 screen setting.dat,disabling desktop composition , everything but still game stops at loading

i also can't load any save game ( downloaded from google) becoz it crashes at loading screen

Loading word flashes for 2 times and then stops flashing

I can play Bully and Cod mw2 with swiftshader but can't play this game

Processor Intel® core tm 2 quad cpu q8300 2.50ghz

ram 3 gb

system 64bit

directx11

graphic card intel and memory is 256MB

Heads up: Saints Row 2 is free on GoG and Steam for the next 40 hours or so.
