Gta Song, searching desperately for it.

I was watching a playthrough of GTA 5, as I don't have the game anymore, and I heard this song at around 13:01, it's not heard properly due to the fact the protagonists talk over the song...but the Chorus part may help, anyway I've been searching for the song for too long, and can't seem to remember the name of it , or find it anywhere...anyone please help ?
