The $250k is to do with how long you have been playing online and is for select players, spoke with R* on phone and they confirmed it..

That's ballocks (also April fools). Some people here have done absolutely nothing and received multiple times.

 

It's true, I have the support number and they confirmed it over the phone.. Legit

 

 

The money is thanks for playing, as per the loading screen, but your assertion doesn't hold up. I have over 150 days play time and I got it once. Are you saying everyone here has much more than that?

 

Support have scripts and stock answers. Most of them have probably never played the game. You can't use what they say as evidence sadly.

Well, there may be some truth to this. I rarely read what's on the loading screens anymore, but a couple of days ago I did notice one mentioning this:

 

 

GTA Online

$250,000 Has Been Added to Your Account

 

A $250,000 bonus cash gift has been deposited into your Maze Bank account to help keep your criminal enterprise firing on all cylinders. Thanks for playing GTA Online.

 

 

 

I was like ''sweeeet!'' but nothing happened lol.

I did take a screenshot of it but don't know how to upload something on here without using imgur, and f*ck imgur.

 

Use tinypic.com. No signup needed and you can upload in any size you want ;)

Then yesterday and today got the loading screen messages only, but no black confirmation screen and no money. I'm not so bothered about the money, but it seems this can come up pretty regularly and you don't actually get anything like it claims.

I haven't done much at all aside from I/E work the last few weeks.

Damn them! :) I'd be better off not knowing this could happen, if they're only going to give me the cash once and tease me many times over.

500K for the first time...

 

Strange thing about it... I play on a daily basis, but yesterday I didn't play at all... Today I got the 500K... Perhaps I must do that more regularly... :-)

Got 500k as well. Definitely makes up for that 1 crate I lost by some assholes earlier this week. For the record, I slaughtered em for that. :evilgrin:
