Show best lap times on PS4

How do I see best lap times on PS4. Preferably my best lap times on my custom tracks.

Look on social club, click gta online tab.

You can see leaderboards while in the job lobby too, look on the bottom of the screen and you should see the option.

Edit* actually I dont see any boards for my own or my friends races on social club.
