Cheat menu on Main.scm as External Script

Hi everyone

I'm new on GTA: San Andreas scripting. I'm trying to integrate the cheat menu cleo script inside the main.scm, as external script. I've tried to copy and paste the Cleo script on the main.scm and adding

 //-------------External script 78 (CHEATS)---------------

on the top of the script. But, when I start the game, it seems to don't work. Any ideas?

P.S. I'm trying to make the script compatible with the controller, by adding the opcode 00E1 and key_pressed 19 (So if i press R3/Look behind the cheat menu should appear, right?)
