Bonus cash from shark card not delivered

So the week before the import/export dlc dropped there was a sale on shark cards: you got a 100% bonus cash. I decided to buy a whale shark card, which was on discount AND had the bonus. I got my 3.5 million delivered in the hour but the bonus cash I've never gotten. I opened a ticket at the rockstar support website and got a lovely reply from a bot asking to give a proof that i bough the card. How do I knoiw it's a bot? Because I had already linked proof in the original post. The only number for a hotline i could find was for Take Two and cost 0.15€/min and I'm not gonna pay for that. Does anybody know what i should do? I have proof that there was a bonus week going on (took a screenshot) and I've no idea what i should do....
