Did I transfer my character for the 2nd time or did it glitch?

So I was gonna play online on my PC and it gave me the option to play my original character which I created on my 360, transferred to PS4, and successfully played on PC.

 

I'm so confused, so are we allowed to transfer multiple times?

You've always been allowed to transfer to current gen AND pc after that. It's nothing new.
