Vice Beach in VCS was rushed and is pretty much just wallpaper, hardly any interiors, only impressive area is the fairground. --Vega-- Posted January 13, 2017 Share Posted January 13, 2017 East Island as it is more flashy and my style. BUT VCS did an amazing job at re-vamping and vitalizing the Mainland. In the original Vice City, it was literally (from south to north): Docks - Airport - HUGE Ethnic Ghetto - Downtown And the ghetto part in the original Vice City is ass ugly, one of the ugliest places in the whole GTA series. Used to really dislike it, but as I've aged over time it kind of 'grew on me'. VCS polished it up, along with having your empire buildings there, gave it more of a purpose.
