Game stops working

I have copied gta 5 from my friend's PC (disc 5 is lost so had to copy) i downloaded GTA V setup tool from rockstars in order to copy gta 5 to the downloading location nd hence make the tool detect my gta V files

 

But GTA V setup tool which i downloaded doesnt works...

as have it in compability mode Windows Vista service pack 2 and run as admin but it comes GTA setup tool has stopped working

 

Same with playgtav.exe it opens and starts downloading 70 MB update but as soon as update reaching 70 MB it also shows playgtav.exe has stopped working

 

My friend's PC is virus free andi have scanned the gta folder in my PC also its clean nd right

 

I have tried everything when i open gta V launcher.exe then also it updates and then stops working after downloading whole 70 MB

 

When i open gta V.exe it says launch the gamy by playgtav.exe

 

Can someone help me? please -_-

 

My PC SPECS:

Windows 7 64 bit (not updated its not service pack 1)

GTX 950 MSI

i3 4160

16 gb ram

 

and yeah i have my gta V game in my external HDD(i dont care about long loading time)
