Rockstar games intro skips itself

When im running up the game normally i should be able to skip or watch the Rockstar Games intro etc. and then play but when i enter the game intro skips itself and that probably causes somehow a problem with my game. About 1 month ago my action key was working all the time and it was showing my stats menu and if i aimed by a weapon, it shooted without my control. Now it's just only shooting when i'm aiming... How can i make the intro skippable or watchable again?

I've the real bought game and even after reinstalling the issue comes back unlikely ;p

EDIT: I have entered the game and now it again shows the stats menu without my participation. It's like the ACTION KEY is working all the time.

All we needed was to know which version you had.

PC DVD v2 unmodded is fine.

Sorting out unfixable Stolen games makes a difference as they cannot be fixed because of too many variations.

Just as a Modded Game, needs to go to the Modding Forums.

If the game is "cracked" to avoid using the Disc as Key, then try removing the "crack".

STEAM Registered games problems are best done on the STEAM forums, because of the Anti-Piracy systems and need to connect to Steam when running.

Next is are you using the Keyboard & Mouse, Or a GamePad.

If a GamePad is it the Xbox One "s" model. It sometimes double taps during use.

Im using a keyboard.

EDIT: I actually solved it, just deleted the crack from the computer which my brother installed and even if cursor was changed into the CD before the game started it was launching the crack version xD, thanks for help "If the game is "cracked" to avoid using the Disc as Key, then try removing the "crack".That sentence helped me a lot, thank you once again :)
