What are the best apartment locations?

What do you value most? Luxury, views, central location, peace, ease of access to LSC/office/pegasus points, hiding places from cops, covered garage entrance for a violent freeroam? There are so many apartments now you really need to be more specific.

Alta St. is closest to the helipads, airport, and marina, and has a subway tunnel to hide in across the street. On the cosmetic side, it's the old style interior and is pretty cheap.

Eclipse Towers is also a good apartment. You can easily hide from cops in vinewood hills and its not far away from a ground Pegasus vehicle pick up

Eclipse is a terrible location. A long way from anything useful, and up too many hills to make an easy getaway from the permanent free roam war going on outside because all the modded account noobs and griefers think most expensive is best.

Which peg ground vehicle is even worth having? The insurgent? Must be a troll... op is looking for something USEFUL. Not some back water noob hide out. Alta is good and cheap. But in all honesty apartments are out dated unless you do heists. Ceo offices now do everything apt does but more and better. Best ceo office imo is arcadius. Not too high of a roof, not the most expensive, and it's right in the middle of everything. Ceo offices usually aren't pvping spots either. Usually lol. Ooooh and the underground car park is pretty sweet for drift testing. The lsc in ceo building is super handy for this.

I was happy to own a Richards Majestics apartment. The one facing the golf club, don't remember the no. of apartment. It had a nice view, rather quiet place (unlike eclipse and tinsel towers), has a quick access to basically any central road or highway or any places of interest - like LSC, shops, ammunation, formerly Mazebank West and now Lombank office. Escaping from cops was never a challenge in an armored v12, plus the subway stations as noted before helped a lot (and don't forget your creepy uncle Lester :D).

Since the CEO offices were introduced, I mostly was spawning there, so I decided to trade that apartment for a stilt house during a sale (the one on Wild Oats). I liked it mostly for its view, but getting to downtown is kinda tricky. But it's good for some of the heists.

Another cool places to own - Paleto bay houses. I personally like the one near the shore on Procopio drive. I loved Paleto Bay even before clubhouses were introduced and it became a mainstream sh*t. It is quiet, quick access to heli/hydra spawn points (it spawns in police department's heilpad), plus a free armor in a SWAT truck parked in police station too. And my yacht is moored there for like 6 or 7 months already. Beach can serve a nice airstrip if you want to land something different from Hydra (my nimbus perfectly lands and takes off on that beach).

Now with the clubhouse there I was thinking about selling that house but finally decided to move my ATV and SUVs there and keep it because clubhouse only stores my bikes and it doesn't have a shower (which is shame)

I like Alta St location, Tinsel Towers. I have the $800 k stilt house w pool. Tinsel Towers close to LSC ant Alta good for launching missions then dialing buzzard. The subway tunnel across from Alta apt valuable for dodging cops. Also have Maze Bank CEO office w apt plus 20 car garage. Subway nearby.

I have a garage off poplar street near LSC, yacht, and the 2 six car garage houses in PB along w Biker Bar.

If starting from scratch It wb Alta Street then 6 car garage house in PB near LSC.

If your priority is an LSC close to your apartment, then Tinsel is literally a block away. No matter what people keep saying, Alta is not that close, but it makes up for it in other advantages already mentioned. Tinsel is also at the foot of the hill you need to drive up to spawn blue Sentinels at night, which is an easy way to get $17k every 48 mins.

yeah kind of.

after switching around a lot... and i really mean a lot... i just started a new character for my favs to go - still don't get why we can't sell props for real... my last char got 6 apartments (every kind of luxury interior at least once... eclipse, weazel, tinsel, del per, one of the houses up in the hills and a garage near the airport) and every kind of mc business at least 1 too - getting a ceo office it was definitely tooooo much. -> now i gathered everything around the beach for my current char del per apart, the office and middle size crate warehouse near by, for mc (left one with dbl floor on the beach) just the lab around the corner to del per as well – the only thing which stands out or better which is further away is the import/export warehouse... cause sadly there is none near the beach so far : /

but in the end.... if you can provide a ceo office the location doesn't even matter for practical use (cause u have a personal lsc and helipad anyway) u should choose the location just for your personal liking (view/surrounding etc.)

I like the Eclipse Tower apartment, I have a custom penthouse to make it more luxury. I have the Maze Bank West office (cheaper and doesn't matter which one u get) which faces the movie studio and near another apartment I have next door, I forgot the name.

I wrote a post about the Alta street apartment about 4 months ago.

Here's what I wrote:

So the reason why I think you should buy the Alta street tower, 57 apartment is, because:

- It's cheap, $223,000 is nothing nowadays.

- You have 2 LSC close to you, which is: the main one (the one where people try to kill you) and the one that's located close to the airport.

- You have ammunition close to you. Yeah I know, we can buy ammo in the interaction menu, but you get discounts at ammunition, and you have to go to the ammunition if you want to buy body armors, heist gear, weapons or weapons accessories.

- 2 helipads are close to you (the one at the hospital and the one that's close to LSC).

- Subway tunnel is across the street, a nice getaway if you have a bounty (trust me, many people will struggle finding you, especially when you're exactly under a road, they'll think that you're outside.)

- The garage, both side have a wall, which means, people will have to jump in front of you if they want to kill you.

- It's a little bit close to the airport.

- You have a gang attack across the street (this comes in handy if you do your daily objectives).

- A convenience store is close to you.

- Clothing store is close to you.

- It's the best apartment if you're planning on doing the CM challenge/heists. (almost every objective/setup is close to Alta street)

- It's located in the center of Los Santos, it's also close to 2 offices (if you're planning on buying an office)

- This is THE apartment for the Fleeca Job Elite challenge (easy to grind every time if you're good at heists and your friend)

- And this is also THE apartment for the first setup of Humane Labs, the one where you meet Karen from GTA IV.

You won't make money if you're inside your apartment / MTV won't visit your apartment, which is why I don't care how the interior looks like.

I recommend this apartment to people who don't want to spend much of their money, who does Fleeca Job a lot, who wants to be fast to the default destinations (like LSC, ammunition, etc) and who cares about the location, I don't have to worry about getting killed every time I exit my garage/apartment.

It's your choice whether you want to buy the nr. 57 apartment or the nr. 10 apartment. The nr. 10 apartment faces to the building across the street, so your view will be a building which is in construction and that construction will never end.

Good luck with choosing your apartment.

And like I said to the OP from the other tread, good luck with choosing your apartment.

I totally agree with this ^^^^
