DESCRIPTION

Lucid Inc is an internetional Syndicate made of multiple crews. It is PC ONLY as of now. It was foundend in 1990 in Liberty City by Arvark (Mr. Lucid), it has opened branches all around the US of A, and Mr. Lucid now decided to open a branch in Los Santos ran by himself. It has a very furnished equipment, an office, a clubhouse, the boss has a yacht which can be used by every member. The office can send you helicopters, cars, Turret Limos, and if available, members to protect you.

 

President: In our organization, the boss, with the CRs (Crew Representatives) and the underboss make most of the decisions (who can join the gang and such). He has the power to veto most decisions, and in voting his vote counts double.

 

 

Vice President: A Vice President has full powers when the Boss is absent. He is chosen by the Boss himself and has to be a very close person to him. He can have his own sub-crew if he wants.

 

Crew Representatives: A CR runs his own small gang. He answers to the boss, or underboss when the former is absent. There are two types of CRs:

Senior, with a long time of experience of being a CR. His vote during Board reunions counts 1.

Junior CRs, who just became CRs or have small experience doing it. His vote during a Board reunion counts 50%.

 

The CR gets elected by all Lucid Inc.'s LS Branch's members after a new Crew is created. The creation of a crew is an occasion for a big number of associates to join the gang. The council (Boss, underboss and CRs) decide if and who from old crews, have to move to the new crew for various reasons.

 

If for any reason, a CR gets expelled from Lucid Inc, the CAs (Crew Affiliates) from that Crew will select some candidates (They will be selected through a votation (rules for it can be seen below), and the Council will choose one between the candidates, the winner will be elected CR.

 

Affiliates: Affiliates are members who have been officially introduced to Lucid Inc., they are all part of a Crew.

 

Associates: Associates are people who have only been informally introduced to Lucid Inc, associates are featured as 'gorillas' in the SC Hierarchy. They are approved by everyone above them.

- Violating one of these rules will put you up for expulsion. The council will vote for your expulsion.

- You cannot obstruct a player (regardless of its grade) in his activities in CEOs or Biker missions.

- You cannot obstruct a meet (blowing up cars etc).

- You cannot kill a fellow member continuosly during normal freeroam without any reason.

- Rules can be added and deleted by the boss and the Council, and members can put rules for approval by the Council.

 

To join:

 

Until January 28th 2017:

 

Just join the crew. on the SC, your initial rank will be Affiliate, the crew, unless you ask to be put in a specific one, will be chosen by the boss.

 

After January 28th 2017:

 

- An elegant style (car, clothing etc.) is important for your approval session, and wearing light blue clothing is a bonus, we will not deny your application for your clothing, but it is a good starting point..

- An approval session consists of a score, mission or a simple murder of someone, the Council decides which of these options will be available for your approval session.

-Unless a CR offers to take a new member in his crew, the Council decide who goes where.

-To become an affiliate, you have to be approved by The Council and you have to have a minimum rank of c.40 and show to a CR, via missions or scores that you are valuable players.

- If you have a character that satisfies this requirement, you can also play with another character, even if it does not satisfie this requirement, you can also play your approval session with it, although limitations because of the low rank [i.e. not being able to buy certain guns] will NOT be taken into account by the Council.

-To be put up for approval, you have to be brought in by a CR or higher.

Votations rules

 

Votings made by Crew Members, most of the time, are secret, but sometimes can be public. If it’s a secret votation, because of the lack of a secure way to vote on the forum, a poll will be hosted on an external site, on a free domain and space. The voters will be given a password (which changes for each votation), and a maximum numbers of votes for the poll will be set, the members will be given a number of options, which they will choose from. If that number is exceeded (so someone voted twice, or a bug happens), the members will have to vote again. If the votes are tie and the number of votes are equally distributed between all candidates (i.e. 4 candidates have 16 votes each) the Board (or Council, as referred in previous rules) will choose the winner. Otherwise, an informal votation will take place in the Organization’s office, and in a show of hands, every member* will vote which one of the two candidates they prefer. If there are problems in setting the time for a votation of that kind (for timezone reasons), then another votation poll will be made. In most votations, even candidates will have voting privileges, they can vote for themselves, or they can vote for someone else in the eventuality they don’t win. Voting privileges can be temporarily, indefinitely and definitively revoked by the Council, either as a punishment for violating rules, or for voting twice in a poll.

 

*By every member, it is meant only Officially Introduced members, so Affiliates and up.

Enemies are people who did wrong to the crew, or any of its member. They will be killed by the crew's member everytime they are seen.
