Getting rid of apartments

Hello dear forumers!

 

Is there a way to get rid of apartments I have atm? I am going to buy the 60 car garage and make the office my "only home" in LS and I though if I could resell my other apartments?

Except one for Heists ofc. I know I can downgrade them to garages or small houses but just wanted to know if I can get rid of them completely.

No. You can buy the cheapest 2 car garages if you want your money back, though.

Write to Rockstar, ask them to remove those properties, you wont get money back, but you will get rid.

You could switch them out for like, a small two-car garage and make some profit off of that-- that's the closest you are going to get though. But at least you make some sort of money back.

In the long term you could keep them and then you'll have a lot of additional space if you happen to need more than 60 vehicles, plus having a few hubs to call your own spread across the map (if you haven't spread properties out already) is handy. Even if you barely use them!

Just trade all your apartments in for garages. Either replace with the cheapest 2 cars or get 10 car ones if you wish the extra space for even more vehicles.

thats exactly what i did... all stuff i recall as base are located at the beach (del pierro apt., ceo office, mc and kokain labor - only the warehouses of the ceo stuff are a bit further away cause there aren't any near by) - for the rest i got "hideouts" tactically all over the map.

You can see the price you get back from your high-end apartment when you go buy the 2 car garage and it gives you the option to replace one of your current apartments. There you can see the price you get back

Just pointing out you need at least 1 high end apartment to still be able to play heists, they are no longer avaialble except through phone invites/quick job if you

have moved out of all high end apartments.

If you read my original post again you might see I took this into consideration

You wouldn't want to get rid of them, because having places to hide dotted around the map can be very helpful, and you can choose where you want to spawn in

I've been doing this to get some money back. Seeing my garages are empty (due to getting the CEO garages instead) I look for cheap garages around the map. Got the one on the coast near the biker bar/restaurant and one in Grapeseed. I really wish we could sell Pegasus vehicles/apartments/etc. I'd even take 50% money back, I just hate the clutter I have now of just stuff I never use.

Las Lagunas Apt...six car garage with apt...put your kuruma and some armored cars in there that way if all four of you run to the bikes without aiming or firing your guns...when you get into your apt you will only have two stars for the drive...then you can take armored car and drive to the boat in style...
