Warning! Do NOT upgrade Benny's cars at your office!

I've noticed that doing this at your office, instead of Benny's, causes parts to be missing from your car. For instance, on my Banshee 900r, I have no option for fenders, and for the retro Elegy, I have no spoiler options. I had to buy whole new cars and bring them to Benny's and upgrade them there to fix this.

Weird, because I never upgraded my Sultan RS in my CEO garage.

 

But all of the wheel arch upgrades are gone for me.

And consequently, both Sultans I bought later on...

They broke the game with this update; I'm seeing massive frame slowdown when I'm hauling a car with the cargo-bob. That's probably why it's randomly dropping. I couldn't believe how noticeable it was, like the effing ps3 days, deja vu. I and I alone can fix this broken, terrible, awful game. SAD!

I was legit getting 1 FPS in bennys with the bike, took me a whole minute to back out.

Why is it this bad though? There's not that many new cars, and it's technically more of a follow-up on the CEO update from a few months ago, not entirely new. Dono how they keep screwing it up like this.

Be very careful going to Benny's. I went there last night because of this thread and ended up spending a bunch of money buying a Chino and customizing it. Benny's can be expensive/

edit: I think the only difference between Benny's and the office modshop is the lighting. You can even buy Benny's wheels at the office IIRC

Can't say I had any missing options on my Elegy Retro Custom through the office.

 

People will disagree, considering the amount of cars I've had blown up on the way to/from LSC in the past being able to do them from my office is very convienient,

never have to worry about what is going on outside.

 

Equally it's so amusing when you come out of Arcadius and the numbskulls are thinking you'll spawn on the street when you're in fact in the underground car park

made me laugh last night so you can zip right by their sticky bomb/proximity mine.
