Is anyone else experiencing EXTREME stuttering after update?

Specifically stuttering when flying and/or driving at high speeds? I'm on PC btw

Not so much stuttering but I was already getting framerate dips into the 40-50fps range when flying in a jet. Not noticed any stuttering though.

I'm having the same issue too.

 

edit: R* have messed something up. Going over to setting asked you "you've changed s...want to save" even when you have not changed a thing. Cancel out of that and go into advanced graphics, extended shadows have been reset, change the slider back to where it should be. Back out, you wont get the save screen. It helps (but doesn't make it all go away), but you have to do it each time you boot up the game.

I thought it was my laptop having issues. Had a windows update last night hopefully it will be better now

Yeah I've been getting massive stutters on a 1070/G-sync set-up.

I also get the graphics "save changes?" message when I don't change anything

 

I hope R* releases a hot-fix soon. The massive frame drops frequently make me crash import/export cars.

Started getting stuttering with Bikers, can also confirm a noticeable drop in overall performance. Glad it's not just me.

It seems that they messed up and the memory is leaking up, because before the update i used to check in task manager the how much RAM and CPU is getting used and it never exceeded 1.6 to 1.8 GB Mark in RAM,

But after the Update the Game uses around 2-2.1 GB of ram on average and that makes the game stutter and sometimes the game starts to freeze for few seconds.

Hopefully they know about this. I would make a post about it on their support site, but the new layout makes things difficult.
