CEO/Securov questions for one or more cars

DLC has dropped and some hot cars are added and I want to buy the Ruiner2000.

However, you have to be ceo first or securov or whatever it's called so here my questions:

 

1) which ceo building is the best and cheapest?

2) do I have to start/do ceo missions such as cargo ship deliveries anytime?

3) which vehicle garage is it to save the Ruiner2000? I won't do any steal cars missions anyway

4) will I get bothered with stalker phonecalls like that annoying piece of sh*t LJT?

5) how much do I have to pay each day being a ceo?

6) I have a yacht, the Pisces. Do I have to start Yacht Defense mission?

7) can't I just only buy one office and one vehicle garage to save that one car and don't have to do any ceo/vip/securov missions?

 

I do not care about making money with ceo as I already make lots of money by doing Jobs,

joining adversary modes, stunt races, contact missions etc etc etc.

As I do not plan on doing any of the ceo work to earn money, already got a lot of money.

 

As notes: are there any usefull informations before I buy office and vehicles? Ruiner 2000 for sure, Blazer Aqua and water Technical.
