éX-Driver Posted December 29, 2020 Share Posted December 29, 2020 Heads up: you CAN change the standard wheel colour which is tied to the Chepalle lettering/stripe on the tyres. What worked for me was changing both wheels to aftermarket ones, then buying the colour I wanted. I then changed the front wheel back to standard which reset the colour. It let me go back and change the colour again [because the rear was still aftermarket]. After that I switched the rear wheel back to standard and it kept the aftermarket colour, meaning I now had both standard wheels [and tyre lettering] in an aftermarket colour. Just a good trick to enjoy the unique Chepalle tyres, despite the fact you can’t use the iFruit trick with bikes. Only issue is the wheels themselves will also be the aftermarket colour. If it’s a bright colour it makes it look a bit daft. Something like red or silver or bronze or gold or dark blue look best.
