With this new update, instead of being able to destroy other player's special cargo (in this case, cars) for practically f*ck all (2000 dollars and ammo), you can instead steal the cars they've been tasked to snatch and store them for your own gain. As of this post I haven't been in a populated public lobby since the update dropped, but I can assume that when someone is doing a CEO car mission a prompt shows up telling every other CEO in the session that they can steal that vehicle and store it in their own garage provided they have one (correct me if i'm wrong please).

So tell me, are you going to go by the namesake of the game and jack the jacker's automobile? Or, will you abide by the unwritten CEO code that was prevalent at the launch of FAIFAF and let bygones be bygones? Is it even worth doing? (considering the damage you might do to the car in the process of stealing it) Would you have preferred CEO and Biker missions to have had the same stipulation of theft instead of DESTROY THAT (usually) DEFENSELESS CHAP FOR NO OTHER REASON THAN TO BE AN ASSHOLE WITH NO REPERCUSSIONS (or refill firework launcher ammo) Why am I asking all these goddamn questions?

Already did twice, one of which was a top tier vehicle. It's really fun to go after players and it's not too bad to get attacked since you have no money in them yet anyway. As for sales, they should come with risks and I think it's a good idea to have players steal them from you instead of facilitating asshole behaviour like blowing you up.

I already did lol

I was going to my garage to show it off to a friend who wanted to see. While I pulled up, another org pulled up. I gunned them down and drove it on in. hahaha

Pros of owning the cheapest business

I'm probably gonna wait for an analysis of the process and see if it's worth buying a warehouse for these kinds of missions, but I'm leaning towards a yes. I don't want to spend my money too impulsively though, because before you know it you're stuck with stuff you don't want (cough, biker businessess, cough).

No I won't be stealing other player's cars. That's not what this game is about!

Exactly

The game is called Grand Theft Auto. I want to steal candies to kids, not cars

R* sux so much lolz. Sellout company!

It usually depends. Am I planning to start Piracy Prevention and want some people to try to attack me for the extra fun? Did the CEO messed/ tried to mess with me? Has he clearly been a d*ck to other players?

Even if the answer to all those questions is no, since I can get the benefit to myself, is his cargo clearly that valuable? (after all he was the one to take the risk to do the job on a public filled session, I'm not disrespecting any rules if I try to get the benefit to me)

Wrong, they take it to the po po or some random garage for like 5k

So it's only 5k if you don't have a garage to store them, or is that across the board for everyone? If so that sucks, I was under the impression that you could steal them and store them.

No. Never destroyed crates or biker deliveries, won't be wasting time chasing other players, far quicker and more profitable to steal cars from ncp's.

Fine if you play the game the way Rockstar intended, but I cannot keep myself from judging people who "troll legitimately", so to speak, by destroying or stealing crates/supplies/vehicles/product.

I've never made an attempt to do so and will refrain from doing so in the future UNLESS someone has wronged me and I feel like retaliating. Alternatively when a friend or (if I had any) crewmember needed help getting back at someone. Then definitely, and as long as it's going my/our way.

Definitely prefer if it was stealing over destroying though. It would lessen the pain of losing the free things and if you pay for crates you might be able to steal stuff BACK before it's turned in by the thief.

I also think the reward is pathetic from what I've been told, but I don't want them to increase it. A higher monetary reward would mean a LOT more people choosing to destroy instead of working on their own business, making public sessions even more dangerous.

Voted No, No, Yes to both.

I'll do it if it's convenient - i.e. if it looks like they're going to drive right by me and I'm not already doing something else. Otherwise probably not. Intercepting someone else's car (usually a fast one at that) and shooting them without completely destroying the vehicle too is a lot of work. Also, so far I'm really enjoying the stealing and selling of these cars, and plan to soon enjoy the new VIP jobs, so I'll probably be doing too much of that for a while to mess with other people except once in a rare while.

I'm sure I will car jack other players, especially if it's a situation like mine from this morning. Bringing my freshly stolen vehicle to my warehouse at the same time someone is coming out of the same warehouse. Easy jack for him as I was totally not expecting it.

If I'm near my garage and someone comes near, I'll definitely take their merch and store it my warehouse.

Here come the 'play it our way, not the way the game suggests' knights in shining armor

If it makes me money you bet I'm doing it, whatever it is

Oh, btw- forget stealing. Just leave a proxy mine outside few warehouses. Right in front of the door!
