Is anyone able to do special vehicle missions?

I do not get it....at warstock it says you have to play special missions to unlock the discount, but when i try to do the special missions i need to buy the vehicles ?

 

am i missing something here ?

Are you referring to VIP work, or the special vehicles missions available at your office PC?

lool i already have problems doing the "regular" cars missions , + the servers are going crazy right now (that´s the reason why i´m posting here in the first place , otherwise you could have found me enjoying my new Elegy and Tempesta )

yeah it seems that this DLC broght some new bugs ... hope they will fix this soon
