Just have to say; trying to stop one of those X80 Protos (sourcing) can be a royal pain in the derriere, since you can't easily shoot the driver from the back. Even from the side it takes some pretty good aim while you're both moving.

Long story short, lost ~$27,000(!) last night trying to get the <expletive> thing to finally stop and back to my warehouse, thanks to kamikaze NPCs, waves of insta-spawning NPC trolls and the infernal, endless LSPD.

IMO, the NPC trolls especially have been buffed recently--there used to be a ~10-20(?) second break before each wave spawned--now they're literally respawned within a few seconds of each other, and of course, shoot with deadly accuracy from literally sniper range.

If anyone has _any_ tips on how to create happier endings in stopping that thing, I'm all ears!

Others have posted a few ideas already and I can confirm you can snipe these guys to avoid a police chase before the chase is triggered. When you know where you need to go to snipe them, shoot as many times as you can, because it may take two red hitmarkers before he is dead, depending on where you hit him the first time. You will be so far away you likely won't be able to see where you hit him, but hitmarkers will confirm the hits. After hitting him, and hopefully killing him, let the police kill you. Once you respawn, go to the car, call Lester before opening the door, highlight " remove wanted level" open door, throw out body, press A to remove wanted level. The car is now yours and should free of damage. Drive to your cargobob and lift to your warehouse.

Can you tell from a mere distance shown on GPS where you'll be delivering the car? It would sure save you time looking up the map.

By pressing the down key I think, but I'm not sure if it'll zoom out and enlarge the map enough for you to see the destination.

You just have to get your aiming right, that's pretty much all there is to it. Use an AP Pistol and shoot from a sizable distance in front of the car.

Oh dear! In that case, wish me luck. lol (Tried that last night, just that the X80 seems to have more metal body around the driver making it significantly more challenging).

Hate to admit it, but the only way I got the X80 was because it had finally stopped alongside the road and the driver was standing outside. *ahem* Didn't know they did that--I assumed they just kept driving around the map until you nailed them.

use a shotgun. i generally tend to do them on a bike so the double barrel is available to use on the bike. the spread and a some-what close head shot always works. you'll generally do more damage to the car, but the time saved from a one or two shot kill is worth it. if it's one where they are racing i use one of the automatics and set my aim based on the other cars running the track.

kind of.

the calls/missions are all the same. you'll get a hang of the call and location or what's asked of the job and know. once you get the call you can pause and see the spot....which you'll only need for jobs needing that info.....the photo shoot, picture, and bomb ones are easy.

Yeah i look if my gps tell me to go straight or right a couple of blocks away from my warehouse. Afterwards i have a look on the distance and i know where i have to drop it of.

For example, going straight and a distance of 7 miles is always devin westons house.

Yes. The distance + The general direction of the delivery location. For example:

1) 2.6 Miles is the Villa in Richmond.

2) 3.2 Miles Northeast is Martin's Ranch, North\Northwest is lake Vinewood.

3) 5+ Miles is either the Vineyard or Devin's mansion.

I have the Elyison Island warehouse, your mileage may vary 😝

I just press Start when the receptionist phones, cancels the call and takes 2 seconds to eyeball which delivery it is.

f*ck the GPS. I can go for a sandwich and still get to the deliveries before my hapless staff by using my optimised routes.

Assign a name to each delivery (chumash short, long, etc) and having a fixed route to them (vary when needed obv) makes it easy.

Can someone explain the math behind the collection bonuses?

Okay, so The Sultan of Amir collection is worth 160k + 20k for the collection bonus (allegedly).

We sold my friend's collection and I got 40k for delivering both vehicles (not sure about my friend, though).

Then we sold my collection and I got paid 160k but didn't get anything from the bonus.

Last transactions

GRsBiiM.png

The first 2 "Refunds" are the 2 cars worth at 80k.

The 40k "refund" is the collection bonus.

RxdxCtj.png

Cash deposited is obvious and the 100k refund is a standard Top Range car.

Is it whoever delivers the car gets the bonus? I though everyone in the org got the bonus.

Quick question... Quite late to the party but I've finally bought a 'bob now it's on discount.

Whenever I call Pegasus to get it, it spawns at the nearest helipad, often quite far from where my character is.

Is there a way to spawn it next to you like you can with the Buzzard through the CEO vehicles menu?

^ Nope. The spawning of the 'bob is subject to same whimsiness as all other Pegasus vehicles, unfortunately.

Hmm... might not have been a wise purchase after all. Can't see how IE work will be quicker with the 'bob.

Plus I'm based at La Mesa which is a nightmare getting choppers in and out of!

What I do is start a Source mission form my office and leave the office in the Cargobob.

Do the source mission and your 'bob will then be at your warehouse when you deliver the car meaning it's still there for you to do your Sell mission.

Once you've done that you can fly back to your office and do your next Source vehicle mission.

I always do it, Ask Jetsam from office then source/sell in one row. And call Lester once you're done, teleportation is even more efficient

Would be even better if we could launch Heists form the office, them the teleport would be super efficient!

If I call Lester I get taken back to Eclipse which is further form my office than my vehicle warehouse.

I can confirm this. Me and a friend of mine usually let one of our associates deliver the cars if they're low on cash and they get the bonus for the cars they deliver. This also applies for non bonus cars also, it's not much but if you sell four cars and one person delivers all four cars they get 20K extra or something like that

Eclipse tower isn't really useful from a grinder point of view, and even if you play in full crowded lobbies, there are always peoples outside...because many players own Eclipse. When I owned it, I was h24 in Insurgent and ducking when leaving my garage.

I you have a apartment near your office you can start the heist from that apartment and you will teleport closers to your office. If you only have one apartment it won't be very expensive to buy a new one so you can teleport closers to your office

Hello. I started to play gta online again recently and been doing I/E missions to get some money for all the things i've missed in the past 1½ year.

I got one question bothering my mind tho:

When you do the solo public session trick by changing month or year on ps4 setting, Do every other player in session really get booted out to that "cloud screen" ? or is it just me leaving that session and entering new one in just mere seconds?

I've been feeling pretty bad doing this so confirmation would be appreciated. Thanks!

Don't worry it's just you leaving the session from their point of view. It shows up as all them leaving but you just lagged yourself out of their session :)

Ah thats great. Makes sense now that i think about it. One could abuse the heck out of this trick, forcing others to leave lobbies left and right. Silly question, but i had to ask it anyway :D

If you're the lobby host things might get sticky, ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

There's always the other way

1. complete a playlist (1x Criminal Records is ideal)

2. vote restart

3. quit lobby

A 3 minutes vid of myself doing a vehicle steal mission. If there's a faster way to do this type of steal missions (the type with a NPC driver who is surrounded by cops) - pls tell me how.

Remember that when you quit the lobby you will spawn into LS at the trigger for whatever race you used in the playlist.

I own La Mesa Warehouse and Maze Bank Office so I have two created races, one for each location, so that when I glitch a solo/public lobby I can spawn exactly where I need to be whether I want to do a Source or Sell mission.

For anyone who wants them they're here (XB1)...

La Mesa

Maze Bank

So you guys actually do the playlist of one race or whatever?

On XB1, yeah, if I want a quiet lobby. There's no "set date back" option.

Like sleepwalk says ^ I use a custom GTA race outside my office and pick up 25 molotovs while I'm at it ;)

Yup, same as Gridlok. As soon as I load into LS I run my 1 race playlist.

I don't f*ck about in public lobbies. I have a nice quiet lobby all to myself to do my business in. They usually last a couple hours, and even then I only get 1 or 2 others in the lobby. They're usually MC or CEO so I just sling them a quick "Friendly." message on the phone and we all go about our way.
