Earlier i sourced the hotpink Jester and then the Gold Z-Type (I forget its plate). I sold both and pocketed the cash. After turning off the console I came back to the game a few hours later to find the money I'd made from these sales was now gone and both cars were still in my warehouse. I sole the Z-Type again. Now coming back to the console a third time the money has again disappeared and both cars have disappeared from the warehouse. I went to source a new car and it was the hotpink Jester.

 

Anyone else had this? I'm quite annoyed to have lost out on $130k from cars that were legitimately sourced and sold!

Just make sure to not turn off your game straight away before it manages to save, so just leave your warehousr and change outfits or chill out a few min. If that's what you already did then its one of the bugs again, I dont really know much about them

It often takes two sniper shots to kill the driver unless you hit him in the head. Generally I am so far away I can't tell if I hit him in the head or not, so I always try to hit him twice just to make sure. 2 red hit markers will tell you he is dead. If your as far away as I am, you can shoot as many times as you please and you will still have $0 damage when you get in the car.

Yeah unfortunately it was the case where I played the game for a further ten minutes after selling. I've contacted Rockstar support.

Just park your cargobob outside the warehouse, go in, set up the export as normal and drive the car out onto the street. Switch vehicles, lift it to the sale and drop it on the yellow corona. No need to get out of the helicopter or anything.

B-but I just sourced it... checked my transactions, found I was billed for its repairs but its not in my garage

It's a nice thing when you deliver a car to the garage without taking any damage.

I was always too lazy to shoot the enemy choppers or cars chasing me so those dudes did like 5k - 10k damage usually.

I've perfected the quickest way to make money doing I/E. I collected all 32 collection cars, although that isn't required. I just wanted to have a nest egg in case I needed to move the rest of my stock and make $1.5 million+

 

This is dependent on having the living quarters in your office, having a heist warp to an apartment either near your office or near a helipad, and knowing how to lag everyone out/circumvent the cooldown timer. I also have the La Mesa warehouse, which a highway exit for every delivery

 

When you have 32, sell the three cars from the Jay Norris collection and the two top end from the Birds of Paradise collection. T20, Osiris, X80, Tyrus, and FMJ. 5 top end Supers, which will save you both time and money. After you sell them, repeat the process. I mix in a Headhunter or two to both offset the cost of repairs, and also to have a Hydra fhandy or the next import.

 

Collecting all 5 and selling them takes around 75-90 minutes and pays $400k

Some good points. But I find it better just to sell t20 and osiras. Mixing in headhunter or hostle takeover and point to point, I make 400k an hour.

It goes straight to your account. In the beginning of i/e, a lot of people thought they weren't getting paid, myself included.

Look at the top right of the screen right after the delivery animation, and it adds right to the bank account.

If you definitely didn't recieve it then create a support ticket, they'ye usually pretty quick at reimbursing you.

Do you see it in your inventory when you log into the computer in the office? If so, look at some of the existing vehicles in your garage, and you may see that there are two cars glitching in one spot. I recently sourced a couple cars, and was confused as to why I didn't see them in any of the stalls, or on any of the lifts. Upon further inspection, I noticed that they were hiding underneath existing vehicles...and I could only barely see parts of them through the other car.

How do you guys snipe the theif in Rockford Drive before he drives off?

I've recently experienced a problem with this one. I've always flown up to the hill (the squiggly line below the red arrow) and sniped the guy. Now I'm doing the same thing, I snipe him, get the 3-star wanted level...then his corpse drives off.

 

I've had a similar issue with police riding in the riot van. Its the situation where just as you are about to get to the pickup point for your goods, you receive a text telling you that the police have taken it but the stuff still has a tracker on it. So now you have to steal the police van.

 

So generally I am approaching these with my Buzzard. I'll spot the van on the street and land the buzzard in front of the NPC traffic vehicle that is moving along just in front of the police van. Since for some reason the van will always stop for a parked car, but will often just try to drive around the Buzzard if you land in front of it directly. (I'm providing all of this detail to get to my point...)

 

The point... So when I steal the van I walk right up to the drivers door and blast through the side window with a shotgun. Door opens, body falls, passenger slides over. Second shot kills passenger. After executing exactly this I watched from not more than two feet away as the dead body slumped over the steering wheel proceeded to shut the door and drive away like a bat out of hell. There was no killing him to stop him. He was dead. I had to steal a heavy vehicle and pin him against a guardrail so I could car jack him before I was able to retrieve my goods.

 

God damn dead people, man.

I see you can offer them as a set but I assume that requires 3 other people to deliver? I guess i'll look into it when I get home on the best way to make money off this.

Yeah, if you complete a collection you can get an extra bonus when you sell them as a collection. The catch is that you need as many associates as there are cars. So a 2 car collection you need 2 people, 3 car set you need 3 people, and so on...

I was looking on the computer in my office, I went to the page where you trade in your warehouse for another and whilst viewing my current warehouse it said current value 880k (I think). There are 32 cars in it atm. How is this value worked out and what relevance does it have in the game? Is it something they forgot to take out during the DLC design?

^ It's the sales value of all the cars if you chose the basic sell option for them.

 

IE yeah it's pretty meaningless. I don't think I've ever delivered a car using that option.

Easiest way.

Get 10 standard cars

Get 10 medium cars

 

Do not sell these. Now every car you source is high end. SELL THOSE. But do not get more than 10 or else you will get duplicate standard/medium and it will ruin the chance of giving you high end only missions.

 

Sell the high end cars for 100k, minus 20k for this and whatever damages you incurred. should be 75-80k per car. Easy delivery with the cargobob as well

And in fact you can try for 13, 14 etc - if it's not high end (odds are 12/32) just fail.

From scratch it's simple: source everything, keep the standard and the mid range stored and export/sell only the top range.

 

Eventually you'll end up with 10 distinct standard and 10 distinct mid range cars and you'll be sourcing only top range cars...

This method works wonders. I never cared for I/E because of getting standard and mid range cars in the beginning, so I said whatever, but I've made 3.6 mil in a couple days.

 

That and you get the collection cars super quickly.
