That's an NPC driver btw. One of those annoying missions where someone steals the car first and you have to chase him.

I can't believe i'm saying this but i actually think it would be too much. I would prefer it would be as it is now and then they have events that would stretch over 2 weeks every now and then which would give us the +50% payouts.

I think the collection bonuses should have the 50% and the normal ones stay the same.

Looks like it wasn't mistake that Xbox one had the "50% extra GTA$" early.

It was planned for Christmas Eve & Day.

I have gathered the changes they made so let me list them:

Increase to the Range (Standard, Mid, Top)

Top = $60,000

Mid = $37,500

Standard = $22,500

Increase to Collection bonuses

+$30K for 2, +$52K for 3, +$75K for 4

Increase to Police & Scrapyard Delivery

$7,500 instead of $5,000

Well i think i will skip the import/export bussines. It does not look very profitable if you do it alone.

 

 

Dont quit, I was having a nightmare doing this coe car stealing as im new to gaming with a ds4 ( only ever used a wheel on driving games till now) and its like asking a right handed person to write a 10,000 word essay with there left hand to me.

 

Still keep on with it there are ways around it to stop the OP buzzards and enemy think differently and read all threads about it on here

 

I went from 47 steal attempts and only succeeding in 7 cars smashed up to bits as well, to now collecting 90% with no damage and delivering 99% clean cars

It's very fair that they have increased the payouts. The risk of severely damaging the cars are is bigger because of the snow.

Does anyone know how to correctly do the mission where you steal a car from a movie set with a big ramp (the car has a boost)? My method is usually to sneak up, shoot the guards and get in but every time I still get a star and goons after me. The tooltip says to perform the stunt correctly to avoid detection but I never manage it. Am I supposed to sneak past the guards entirely and just drive off the edge?

I don't even walk to the yellow circle to trigger the guards. I come at the ramp from its side, run into the car and immediately take off. I think only once this has not worked for me.

BTW once again us "expanded minimap" players get screwed again because you can't see cones of vision on it, just like altimeters, etc etc etc.

 

At least with CG I can see my health and armour

I have/sold almost every collection so far. The spawn of them seems to be random.

yeah I ve sold quite few of them .... it s just so random , just source & steal more cars, you´ll eventually complete all collections

These stealth missions are my favorite. I only have done 3 like this, 1 in the hills, 1 through the Vinewood sign, and one out near Fort Zancudo.

 

You can do all of them without being seen and get back without any stars or hitmen chasing you down.

 

Basically what I do is take down any guards that are by themselves, including the one roaming guard, make sure he doesn't see the bodies and be aware of where your bullets are impacting when they go through the bad guys heads.

 

Be in stealth mode at all times, use only silences weapons or knives.

 

The one near Zancundo you only have to kill one guy. Sneak up on the right side of the trailers, knife the one guard at the end of the trailer, and just walk to the car right in front of you.

 

Idk if the stuntman costume helps, havent tried.

I have a 100% success rate with getting top end cars, because any time I get anything else, I blow it up with my Hydra. Might take an extra few minutes, but the $40k difference is well worth it

I already blow up crates that I have to come back and pick up, so I guess doing it with cars would make sense too.

Not by much. When you fly it's more difficult to see what's ahead of course, but I just fly a little higher than usual so no problem. It also feels like they have deactivated slibbery icy roads in missions.

Doubt it. I've never had more than 3-4 cars in my warehouse at one time since I solo everything

Might be nothing. Some friends of mine even had some of the money-clutter disappear recently (maybe in the I/E update, but not sure).

I just shoot the guards from a distance, then Cargobob the car out.

If I'm getting it from the beach by Zancudo I'll land on Westin's house and minigun the helicopters. If I'm getting it from the house in the hills I'll usually need to call Lester to remove the cops, but then I can outrun the helicopters

I just land right next to the ramp in my buzzard, get out with no gun and walk to the car casually.

Get in and hit L3 instantly, before he even tries to hot wire it.

You then do the jump straight away just as they start shooting. If you're quick enough to get get the car going before they hit you.

Then call Lester after Ive landed
