All vehicle warehouses hold 40 cars, so apart from location and of course price they don't seem to differ. Price ranges from 1.5 mil to around 2.8. From what I can see, the office warehouse does NOT count as a vehicle storage warehouse for missions, but I could be wrong. I myself am still weary on trying this stuff out, so can't say anything about profits yet

Awesome, that's good to know. As soon as more people get on, myself included, we'll know more.

You need atleast 1,2 million in order to purchase the garage. You can push the price with extras (multiple layers and custom shop) up to 5,5 million approximately.

You access the garage on foot by going into your CEO building and using the elevator. I don't know yet where and if you can access some type of garage door exterior from the office. All I know is that there are nice potential garage entrance near Maze & Arcadius.

I did 1 steal mission so far, I had to follow a car until a house where a Declasse Mamba was stored. There were some people around the car but after killing them no one followed me around. There is a penalty for damaging the car and this particular one gives me a profit of 40k if I sell it. I'm still waiting to get more cars to see if the price per unit increases.

Cars are easy to find. Apparently you only get about 2% of car value for 1 car sale. I have an Osiris and commissions for 40k.

*edit, or not as a Mamba as mentioned above goes for 40k as well.

Please can someone tell me how to get the 60 car garage

Dynasty executive. Click the office you've got on the map that's on the site and there should be an extra icon next to it, that's what you have to buy

I

I made a small map in paint with the warehouse location how do I upload it to here?

Office Garage are for Personal Vehicles. Vehicle Warehouses are for business stock, and Special Vehicle Storage.

The garages are three separate garages and each is three floors. You're not buying additional levels, but additional garages on that floor.(They each view a separate direction of the building)

The Custom Shop is a separate room above the garages. It does do Custom Body work, so it's an alternative to Benny's.

They added a new garage entrances and the standard garage icon for your office garage. Maze Bank Tower's garage entrance is the ramp outside the entrance.

Oh and Maze Bank Towers views:

Custom Shop - South (Highest view point in the building)

Garage 1 - South

Garage 2 - East

Garage 3 - West (But I'm not 100% postive and I can't get back on to check. By the time I got to it I wasn't fully paying attention, and I'm tired.)

Office - North (lowest view point in the building)

So all you seem to do is drive the car back, perfect to lag your internet/lower mtu. etc and solo it?

I'm assuming cargobob will allow pickup for long journeys? Will need to invest in one I think

You've got "crate" missions where you have to steal a car. you bring this to the warehous you have to buy. You can store 40 cars in there.

There is a mechanic who repairs the damage on your delivered car this will immediately be invoiced. Take it easy though, the costs quickly build up. A small dent costs you 1600 USD easily. Once you have delivered some vehicles you can sell them.

Each car has a certain value based on it's own price and the buyer you sell it to. You can sell 1 to 4 cars in one go. I assume you need three associates to sell 4 cars.

A private buyer: It is free and brings a low amount of cash per car (40k)

A dealer: you will have to pay a small amount (20k in my case, don't know if this changes) for some cosmetic changes up to the buyer's taste and brings a medium amount of money (70k)

A special dealer: Had to pay 40k for special cosmetics, brings in 100k per car for me.

Next to that you have special combo's of cars which brings in bonus ranging from 20 to 135k what I could quickly see. These are about 2 to 4 specific cars you have to sell to one buyer for a bonus .

If you have done some car sourcing, you might be asked for a special mission. I don't know what this is about.

Do you have to pay anything to actually steal the cars?

Nope. But there will be costs in damaging your vehicles and in upgrading vehicles for specific buyers

I bought a warehouse to try it out and you can sell up to four vehicles at a time, but for each you need an associate. My first car was a Blackfin and it was called a car with mid range value, which implies different cars go for different profit. The Blackfin goes for 50k profit if you pay 12.5k for mods (I do mean actual profits, it sells for 62.5, you pay 12.5 for mods) about 35k profit if you pay 6k for mods and 25k profit if you sell it like it is. If the car is destroyed before selling, you lose the mod costs, but nothing else. Getting a car is free, except for repair costs. Can't deliver anything now because for some reason it gives me a message that no buyers are available, which might have something to do with my connection with rockstar being bad (doesn't save).

And how do you sell the cars to the one of three buyers?

Deliver it using a truck? Or drive the actual car? Or it's just sold

Ok, just got a standard value car. Profits for that one are 15k, 23k or 30k. Anyway, I've got a theory about the special vehicle missions. R*fa**ot called them mini heists and in-game I was told that after a certain number of succesful missions, you'll get the special vehicles missions. Assuming that you also sell the special vehicles afterwards or get money for stealing them, the pay-outs could be relateively high. It could work like this: you do X number of normal vehicle missions ranging from 15 to at least 50k profit (we'll have to see how much high value cars will net us) and then you get a special mission which nets you a high profit of a couple hundred thousand. You repeat this process and get the special mission again, etc. This way, selling normal cars is just a way to work towards the actual heist, if you will. I don't think these profits are all that's to it

Same, Otherwise it would be better to stick to selling coke. But I also wonder what the profits are when you sell 4 cars

Also a 811 netted 80k,. excluding repair costs, including tuning costs.

So if you're playing on your own, you can only sell one car at a time? Just want to make sure that having associates for a multiple car sale is actually a requirement that cannot be bypassed, instead of just a recommendation like with the crate and product sales. Handy to have friends there, but not necessary.

Just want confirmation on that. And to know wether you can only have one warehouse or not. Wondering if location matters much to the cars found when you start a collection run.
