It will eventually correct itself to 1.5gb unless you haven't downloaded any single update yet.

 

Let it download the update and play the singleplayer or leave your console on rest mode.

The new update dropped, check the DLC thread. But 13 gigs?!, gosh darn, you're probably catching up on the last 5 content expansions or misreading the numbers.

It's ok. That is just the number of GB of all the updates combined. The update isnt actually that big.

It's really not that big. I've downloaded it via Steam in five minutes. Didn't looked at the size but 1.5 GB like pedinhuh said should be correct.

I'm in Brazil, and my update is 1.5 GB like everyone is stating here. Stop fussing folks.
