It is one of the best value cars in the game even when it is not on sale, It is a competitive car and very stable and very easy to achieve fast laps with. It will beat the GP1 on pretty much any track, The 811 is only useful on a few tracks because of its Top Speed, so on a track with more corners than very long straights the Tempester will be miles ahead, As for the RE7B nothing will go round a corner as fast but the Tempester is not far off it and is more predictable and consistent.
