Oldsport
Playboy X's penthouse - Grand Theft Auto IV I've always loved this place - especially since it has a big patio you can step out on with a pretty good view of LC. Though if I lived there, you'd better believe I'd get all of the former owner's sh*t out, especially if I was responsible for his, erm, no longer living there. . I was going to say this. In harlem, theres many brownstones just like his. I swear one of my life goals is to purchase one of these brownstones and convert the crib and the roof to look exactly like pbxs. RDR-Blackwater from red dead redemption would be a nice place to live, its not a lot of crime and its mostly civilized compared to the rest of the game. Its hella small tho. GTASA- id live on one of the backtowns, san fierro or las venturas. Las venturas desert always made me want to visit the nevada desert in real life, its so isolated and i love that. FALLOUT-lol i cant see myself living in fallouts world , it seems like you would have to suffer and struggle to live everyday. SKYRIM-Same for skyrim. Only if i was an orc tho, id love to live in a orc stronghold, it seems cozy. MAFIA- i would hate to live in new bordeaux with all the racism but id love to live in empire bay. In a little apartment , back in the 50s when nyc rent was cheap. BULLY- id live anywhere in bullworth tbh The Time Ranger and Mister Pink
Vaulttec
I would easily see my PC and piper living in diamond city from fallout 4 it would be my kind of place especially after the mayor is gone. Megaton-fallout 3 I always loved what they accomplished with that place and Lucas Simms owes me New Reno- fallout 2. Isolated and partially shielded by mountains, Reno survived the apocalypse in enough of one piece to be rebuilt as New Reno. Now the dons of the city have made Reno more important and more powerful than it ever was in the beforetimes. In fact, the only thing that threatens New Reno are the groups vying for power within the city itself. New Reno maintains its pre-War reputation for offering all manner of vice, but the dueling for control of the city by its four powerful families makes it more dangerous than ever. During 2241, New Reno is the largest populated area in the wastes. Mister Pink

The Time Ranger
Going to bump this because I think it's a cool thread idea. Charlestown in Fallout NV, the surrounding area has a lot of greenery with some nice snow capped mountains in the distance, so it's a change from the dusty Mojave. Las Venturas, after making my fortune I'd live in one the themed hotels, probably the one designed after the sphinx. Payne Killer

DarkSavageDeathlyCloud
I could live in my office in gtao, if it was not for all those insane lunatics outside thus being forced to stay inside to survive and stay on a diet of snacks. Thing is the other options are far worse. GTA 4 i have not played out so i do not know if it counts, silent hill is a f*cked up place and so is a war zone or any place overrun by zomies, walkers and infected(the walking dead/resident evil/call of duty zombie mode, dead space,....) and to be surounded by yellow people with 4 fingers sounds also creepy(the simpsons game)

Gnocchi Flip Flops
Seagate in Broker would be very ideal. TheOneLibertonian
I could settle down in a place like Toussaint from The Witcher 3: Blood and Wine. Have a place near Beauclair would be nice unless Vampires attack, but Geralt would be there to rescue. Novac from Fallout New Vegas might be a seclude place to live during the apocalypse. Would be kinda safe since the place have Boone protecting the town. An apartment in Meadow Hills in Dukes would be nice, and away from the hectic gang wars down at Broker. It's near to my favorite pub in the city on Steinway, and quite close to Francis International Airport too. Easy access to the El-Train, and a quick route to Algonquin from the East Borough Bridge even though you have to pay for the toll. LincolnClay
- Liberty City (from both eras, preferably in Middle Park East, Algonquin in the HD Universe though) - New Bordeaux (preferably in the mid to late 1960's) - Vice City (in both eras) - Blackwater (from RDR, in the early 1900's before everything was modernised) - San Francisco (Watch Dogs 2) - New Vegas (Fallout NV) - Diamond City (Fallout 4 Sunrise Driver, Actlikeyouknow and DimitriFaustin

DimitriFaustin
GTA: Comfort be d***ed, the Residential District of Anywhere City or Sandy Shores. Also, whatever an HD universe Vice City looks like if it gets made. - I'd love to have the penthouse of the Royal Hotel Tony Derazio uses in Mafia III. - Need for Speed: Bayview, Rockport, Palmont, Seacrest County & Fairhaven (the settings of Underground 2, Most Wanted 2005, Carbon, Hot Pursuit 2010 and Most Wanted 2012, respectively). Bayview and Rockport easily have two of the best city skylines in video games in my opinion.

acmilano
From a few games I recently played: -Homestead Davenport in Assassins Creed 3. Good hunting ground, nice people and craftmen capable to provide most of the stuff needed back then. It would be nice peaceful place for living. -Great Inagua in Assassins Creed 4 . Nice location, sun and great place for someone with good income (like pirate captain ). Basically a great spt for enjoying in life. -Beach House from the ending of Uncharted 4. It really looks like place that some adventurer will buy for retirenment or vacation with his family. Perfect place for summer. -Beechers Hope in RDR. Nice place to live, close to Blackwater and Tall Trees. You can do farm jobs and then help your income with hunting in Tall Trees or capturing bounties and play some poker in Blackwater and be well.Good place as long as Law is leaving you in peace. The Time Ranger
I'm bumping this again because I like the topic. I've been playing Fallout 4 recently and I quite like Sanctuary Hills, It's become quite familiar and cozy to me, from the same npc's milling around, to creating my own shack in the same place every time, it's meloncholy because of the ruins, and you've seen what it once was, but building it up into a functioning settlement is quite satisfying. I've grown quite fond of Fallout 4 recently, despite it's faults it's a timesink of a game. Also Adam Jensen's apartment in Deus Ex: Human Revolution. The picture doesn't really fo it justice but it has a very distinct look and feel, futuristic but still lived in, it reminds me of Deckards apartment from Blade Runner, very unique and gives a snapshot of futuristic living, it also has a tv which slides up revealing a hidden compartment which holds a pistol and mods, that's worth any price. Yeah man, love it! Pretty much anywhere in Red Dead 2. I often think about living in a place like that, by some creek. Mountains, forest. Just nice nature.
