Anyone know of a golf course mod for Los Santos in GTA San Andreas ?

I've just got GTA San Andreas for my PC. I want to start modding it to perfection. I noticed that Los Santos does not have a golf course and I want to include one. You know of any mod that does this ? Or any tool that is easy to use in which I can do it myself ?

I want a map mod to have a golf course in Los Santos. It's a joke there is none in San Andea's version of Los Santos.

 

There is no golf course in Los Santos in San Andreas. I looked and found none. Show me where ?
