It is not bullet proof really. It is fairly bullet proof from the back so you can reverse up to people and shoot or sticky reasonably safely. It is the ultimate killing machine because it can take many explosive blasts before it is destroyed. So you are protected from buzzards and Hydras and homing launchers. You can put a sticky on the front and drive up behind people and set it off and blow them up. You can put 5 stickies on it and go off the radar and drive straight up to a tank and set them off and blow it up. I bought the XLS and I liked it it, but then started using my insurgent again. At least one of the new cars from the leaked list will be armored (K.I.T.T) and I think it is possible others will be as well. There's this great place called los santos customs where u can get what they call, in the parlance of our times, bulletproof tires. I bought the Armored Baller because I thought it might be fun to do the Pacific Heist final in. It has almost no traction (like less than almost any muscle car), which looks really stupid because it is four wheel drive and all four wheels just spin and if you stuck between two cop cars it won't even move. Also the armor doesn't seem to protect the engine. After getting shot by the cops on the way up the hill it caught fire and then exploded.
