Not all of Japan it's illegal. And hey we met on gta when she wanted to join my crew at the time and we talked and fell in love. What are the chances falling in love on a worldwide game like gta online. And that she is a 1hr away from me. I call that luck and fate.

I had this in my mind while playing but forgot about it,

Your friends and you can create an individual crew for each player, say you and your 10 or 15 friends are ready to help you, they each create a crew and make a Crew Emblem, Like saying "Will Your Marry Me?" or whatever you have in mind, all of you put it on a car which can put a Crew emblem on the side of the door without inverting it, then in any choice of your session or a race/Vehicle Deathmatch?(Or GTARace custom created to stage this in a good looking space using some props from Stunt and using some props to create a Heart or anything you like) once you're there with your friends and your One an only, you stand in the front good open space with all of your friends lined up with their cars and they open their car doors with Crew emblem saying what i said above, If your GTAFriends can help you,

I just came up with this other idea that you are able to do yourself without the help of other players.

 

You mentioned that you are going to propose in the near future, during that time you can plan some stuff that you and your GF can do together in game. Role playing, going to the beach, taking cool pictures of each other. Enjoying the snow, dressing up in costumes etc. You can take her to see places that you think she haven´t discovered yet etc. etc.

 

While doing that you can record some of the stuff and alter it later in Rockstar Editor, to take better photos changing angles, adding text etc.

 

Once in a while you can bring a car that you park somewhere that gets included in the pictures, with he words:

" Will " , " you " , " marry " , " me " . Make sure to not bring the cars in order or too often, so she doesn´t suspect anything.

 

Later you create a GTA Online Photo Collage with all the pictures and make sure to include the ones with the special License Plates so that the sentence "Will you marry me" is visible. But not too obvious. You can include photos from her Snapmatic on Social Club also.

 

Then you send a copy of the Photo Collage to a company that prints it out on a Poster or something.

 

You can give it to her on Valentines Day or something. Then it´s up to her to find out that you are proposing

 

Otherwise you can show her the License Plates later if she doesn´t get it

For our anniversary in the fall of 2015, we went on a date in GTAO. In fact, I was here on the forum asking for ideas on where to go. It was great... I even had a friend waiting outside the APT with a limo to pick us up... and later on, armed guards when went back into public lobbies... Anyway, the entire date took like 3hrs or so...

 

Then... this year for Valentines, I took all the footage and made a video from it, and made the TITLE on YouTube; "I Love Tanya Crawford" (her name)

 

When V-day rolled around I told her there was a little known Easter Egg in Google, so when you type in the name of the person U luv, something special comes up... I would probably do something with the Creator Mode. You could make a mission were he/she has to parachute and then you could place properties on the ground to spell words like "I love you", "Will you marry me?" and such.

Bonus points you both played the same worldwide version! Well, I've seen this post for quite a while, the idea is cute but no way devs would ever accept such thing for a single player. Even though you could argue "it's just once" then everyone would come with their own private requests, they wouldn't want to get caught in such situation.

 

Ignore the moral judges arround here and their complains you shouldn't date someone you met on a videogame, it's your life do whatever makes you happy.

 

To conclude, your best odds would be if you got a PC (even borrowed) and made one of those modded SP missions, called your girlfriend over and asked her to try it (don't forget to prep a romantic dinner or wtv you both enjoy for the afterplay).
