Glitch exploits have ruined this game

There are many glitches people are abusing in this game that have ruined the online experience.

The same thing happened with Max Payne 3, which was my all time favorite online multiplayer experience. Now all you see are people doing 1 lap races at the horse track and using the back out glitch to get free wins and make lots of money. Rockstar seems to give up on trying to stop glitch exploits and hacking after a while, and as a result, these games end up becoming garbage.

Is anyone else disappointed with all the cheats?
