Convert of handling from mta to gta?

See i was on the mta servers and this guy gave me this handling which was perfect for me, i saved it.

 

But I ain't online 24/7 so i need this for offline use, could someone help me in converting this? He did tell me I could export the handling in-game but when i did, the cars stopped spawning in gta
