The biker bandana is bulletproof. I also tested other headgear

I play a lot of PVP, and always wondered what headgear affects bullets and how. I made a little video of what I found.

Basically:

* Bulletproof helmets take 4 pistol shots, biker helmets 2

* When either bulletproof or biker helmets are equipped, your face will take 2 shots

* Masks don't affect this at all. Still 2 faceshots to die

* Masks/rebreathers worn on their own have no bulletproof effects

* Bandanas from the Biker update are bulletproof - they have the same effect as the Biker helmets (2 head or faceshots to die)

I tried to show a couple of ways players hide these bandanas, now that more and more people are becoming aware of them.

As a relentless griever when killed, if working with assault rifles or other automatic weapons it hardly matter since they only buy themself less then 1 second like that...

 

And with sniper rifles....well,...lag is more an enemy or friends then those helmets are.

 

Really...if you get wrecked in a ground war by someone with a helmet you were gonna get wrecked anyhow.

I guess that's why my character doesn't put on a helmet when sitting on a bike while wearing one of those new bandanas,they already function as a helmet.

In the game the helmets are described as Bulletproof so I used that term, but thanks for correcting me
