How do you use your minigun?

If you're a decent free aim shot then you should win 90% of the time against somebody else...

 

It's an underrated weapon with butt loads of potential. For example if you know the corner shooting glith then f*ck wall cover, just spray from behind a right shouldered corner.

 

Also if you're going at it with an ar/marksmen whore it can be an unexpected tactic since nobody uses it ever. Idk how many times ive quickly whipped it out on somebody rushing me and have drained their health mid roll.

 

It's also pretty dumb to use an ar out of aa reach once you unlock the minigun. You're just nerfing yourself if you dont utilize it.

 

And can't forget the punch it packs on armored vehicles with tiny windows. . .

It all depends on the scenario I guess.

i hate minigun i dont use it at all since the gun locker. but it used to been fun to shoot people parachuting to my yacth during defense mission.

Go up on a rooftop and wait for the Jet griefer to swing back around.

 

I may die a couple of times, but when the Minigun connects, it does sweet damage to the Jet and within 1-2 rounds of fly-bys, the griefer will be down.

 

Just in time for the Mugger I sent to nail him, right before the jerk quits the session for fear of "entire lobby lashback."

 

Plus, I use it just for the sound.

you need to be close to the jet, which is not won by advance. for jet griefers, just follow them "anonymously" then when they are within range, grab your stinger, and bim!!

exactly, if you are hidden by a wall, it can be deadly. otherwise it's pretty risky

i unlocked mine in early 2014 and only have little over 400 player kills withit,so i would say i dont use it at all...

 

it being getting some use lately due to kill quota but outside of that mode, not really.

When I can be bothered to pull out my weapon wheel and change it to the mini gun. Not very often.

Pretty much the only time i use mine is during survivals to take down close flying helicopters, particularly when i am out in the open and taking heavy fire from them. If you aim for the pilot all it takes is a very quick burst, then it goes down almost instantly.

Same for me.. Only against Insurgents.. That gun is like a lazer beem of death to Insurgent drivers and passengers.

 

 

I love it when they try to reverse into me and i whip out the mini gun and just kill them all in seconds by shooting through that tiny window... Hahaha

I use it mostly when I don't know for sure where the enemies are.

 

Like once a cargo sell mission I had to land the plane at the swamp just outside Zancudo(I don't think that's a good place for this kind of business tbh) and was having trouble seeing enemies through the red smoke and foliage so I just minigun spammed.

 

Also heli's and Insurgents. I never used the homing launcher ever since I got it
