Giantsgiants
If you didn't know already, igcd.net is a website that attempts to identify the real life counterparts of cars in video games. They have a page for GTA V. Do you think it's accurate or not? http://igcd.net/game.php?id=1648166
whywontyoulisten
It's already wrong as it assumes every vehicle is based on only one real life car, which leads us onto the age old: http://gtaforums.com/topic/843471-gtao-cars-that-are-not-the-real-life-car-everybody-claims/ Edited December 7, 2016 by whywontyoulisten DarkSavageDeathlyCloud
Darekl92
They try to find one single closes fit. Problem is when car X is made of few cars, and can't be extacly told. 90% accurate imo, some vehicles got so distinctive design elements, than even if rest don't match, it can be easly told. Examples: Dukes. Front is from Pontiac GTO 70s, Rear probably too, but overal body shape is Charger like, so assuming it is 'mostly' Charger is fair enough. Rhapsody, although VW feeling front, rear glass area instantly indicate AMC Pacer. Surano. Rear is of course from Jag, but overal vibe is undoubtly suggesting SLS GTA vehicles are not 1 car, but there is always 1 vehicle that was main base theme, just combining other vehicles details. TL;DR Yes, 90% accurate. EDIT. best example. Random cartoon truck from TV show on GTA http://igcd.net/vehicle.php?id=72045 But catchy eye, noticed that certain MAIN design elements match this one: Shape of the cabin and windows, lights on the bumper, definitely a 91. These elements were main parts the truck is recognised by, none other truck seems even close. Edited December 7, 2016 by Darekl92
