Some of them look at the car as they walk by, but that's it. Maybe I'm missing something obvious? monq Posted December 8, 2016 Author Share Posted December 8, 2016 Okay, figured this one out by myself. Your car doesn't matter, your outfit doesn't matter, you don't need to honk. The only thing that matters is that you have your keyboard layout set as "English (United States)". And it works now in GTA 3 as well, it didn't before either.
